STEP-BY-STEP PARTICIPATION GUIDE
How to Participate in the SHEIN Free Trial Center
Learn about the main steps to understand how applications, selection, and product shipments work within the SHEIN Free Trial program.
Independent informational content — This guide was prepared based on publicly available information from the SHEIN Free Trial Help Center. We have no affiliation or commercial relationship with the brand. Participation is subject to a selection process, and no application is guaranteed to be approved. Always check the current official terms and conditions.
If this is your first time entering the Free Trial section, it is normal to find several products and not be sure what to do next. Understanding the order of each step makes participation much easier.
In this guide, you will learn how to find available opportunities, submit an application, check the result, and, if selected, properly complete the review. Selection is never guaranteed, but carefully checking your information can help prevent errors during the process.
1
Access the Free Trial Center
Log in to your SHEIN account. From the app, go to your profile → Other Services or More Services → Free Trial Center. On the website, this option may also appear among the services available to users.
Once inside, review the products that are available at that time. The selection may be updated frequently, so the items visible today may be different over the next few days.

2
Submit applications for up to 3 products per week
The program usually allows up to 3 applications per week. Opportunities that you do not use during that period normally do not carry over to the following week.
When you find an item you would like to try, follow these steps:
Select the Free Trial option for the product you have chosen
Select the correct size when necessary
Make sure the delivery address is in the same country corresponding to the SHEIN store you are using
Finish by clicking Submit

Important: If the registered address belongs to a country different from the store version being used, the application may not be accepted. Check these details before confirming.
3
Check the result in My Free Trial
The review process may take approximately one week. To check your status, go to My Free Trial or My Applications and review the information displayed on the platform:
Approved — Your application has been selected. In this case, an order with a $0 value may be automatically generated to continue the process.
Not Approved / Failed — Your application was not selected this time. You may try again when new opportunities become available.

4
Try the product and prepare your review
If you are selected and receive the product, use it and pay attention to aspects such as the material, finish, quality, size, fit, stitching, and comfort.
Then, publish an authentic and detailed review from the corresponding section. This step is normally recommended to be completed within approximately 10 days after receiving the item. You can check the status in My Report.
To make your review more useful, you can:
Explain both the positive aspects and those that could be improved
Add clear, original photos of the product
Comment on details such as size, fabric, comfort, finish, and overall experience using the product

About points: an approved review may award approximately 20 points. Under certain circumstances, a Quality Report may provide around 100 additional points.
If the first version of your report is not accepted, the platform may allow one additional opportunity to correct it and resubmit it.
Key rules worth reviewing
• Up to 3 applications per week may be allowed, without carrying over unused opportunities
• The delivery address must correspond to the country of the store version being used
• Standard shipping may be covered, while any applicable taxes or customs charges depend on local regulations
• Try to complete the review within approximately 10 days after receiving the product
• Fake, duplicate, or irregularly used accounts may be subject to restrictions
• Failing to complete a review may affect future participation opportunities
Mistakes that may make participation more difficult
❌ Leaving information incomplete or selecting the wrong size
❌ Registering an address in a country different from the store being used
❌ Waiting until the final moments of a campaign to submit an application
❌ Publishing reviews that are too brief, generic, or without original photos
❌ Exceeding the deadline for submitting the report
❌ Creating multiple accounts with the intention of artificially increasing the number of applications
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay for product shipping?
In many Free Trial participation cases, standard shipping may be covered by the program. However, depending on the country or region, taxes or customs charges may apply.
How many products can I request each week?
The usual limit may be up to 3 products per week. Unused opportunities during that period normally do not carry over to the following week.
If I am selected, can I keep the product?
Under the traditional version of the program, selected participants normally keep the item after receiving it and completing the requested review.
How long does it take for the result to appear?
The review process usually takes approximately one week. You can check your application status in the My Free Trial section.
Can I correct a review that was rejected?
In some cases, the platform may provide an additional opportunity to make changes and resubmit the report according to the stated requirements.
Do I need to have a large number of social media followers?
Not necessarily. Participation does not depend solely on the number of followers. Account history, compliance with the rules, and the quality of reviews may also be relevant.
In summary, the process is as follows: enter the Free Trial Center → review the available products and submit up to 3 applications per week → check the result → if selected, wait for the product to arrive → try it and publish a detailed review with photos. Keeping your information accurate and following the deadlines makes proper participation easier.
